We are a full-service caterer, so our pricing will encompass more than the food costs. It also includes the service staff to set-up, execute, and break-down your event as well as the necessary rentals for your event.
Our Process

Our event planners will work with you one-on-one, from the initial consultation until the last detail has been attended to. During this initial consultation, we will discuss what you have envisioned for your wedding day and gather pertinent details to fully understand your expectation.

Following this conversation, we will create a custom proposal to include crafted menus and a detailed estimate of the rentals and staff necessary to execute your event. Your vision is our inspiration.

Our experienced coordinators will ensure that your wedding day is unforgettable. They will organize your rentals and staff as well as communicate with any vendors, such as your wedding planner, DJ, and florist, so that you do not have to worry about anything other than enjoying your day with your friends and family. From set-up to break-down, leave the details to us!
Everything from Beginning to End
- Custom menu design
- Handling your rentals, plates, glassware, etc. and determining the rental company best suited for your needs
- Designing a layout/floor plan based on your style and desired “look.” This includes meeting at the site to walk through and outline details including creating a timeline for the seamless flow of your wedding reception
- Overseeing event set-up and design
- Complimentary cake cutting & serving
- Packing up a “to-go” box to send with bride & groom
- Ensuring venue breakdown responsibilities are met
